Focus to streghten and lengthen muscles, suitable for all levels.

6:30-7:30 am Sunrise Yoga 

A series of movements and breath work to awaken the body and clear blockages giving you energy throughout the day.

Friday

Saturday

9:15-10:45 am Standup paddle board Yoga 

A fun way to practice poses floating on Monksville Resevoir
